PROGRAMS
At Different Strokes Swim School, we offer several backyard lesson programs. These include:
No Pool? No Problem
Non pool owners register for lessons nearby on a space available basis. Lessons may be in a nearby neighbor's pool or at your community pool at a time to fit your schedule.
 American Red Cross
 Different Strokes Swim School proudly offers official American Red Cross swimming and water safety programs for all ages. Lessons may be in your own backyard, a nearby neighbor's pool or at your community pool at a time to fit your schedule.
Our instructors are certified Water Safety Instructors who are selected for their experience, maturity, and their understanding that all children progress at their own rate. They are American Red Cross Certified and CPR Certified. We offer logical progression of the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Levels. Click for more information.

 Group Lessons
Group lessons have a maximum 4:1 ratio of similar age and skill level. We also offer private and semi-private lessons.
Infant and Preschool Aquatic Lessons
Children one to three years of age may participate in this special program with their parent or other trusted adult. We provide the adult with information and techniques to orient the child to water activities.
