Water Aerobics, Wellness & Weight Management
Increase flexibility, range of motion, lean body mass and metabolic rate with water exercise. Instructor Bev Gammon and staff offer their special brand of water aerobics that can help you eliminate those extra pounds and knee and back problems. Learn how to energize and maximize your health while you exercise, minimize problem areas and have fun doing it. Aquatic strength training and abdominal work is also included in all classes.
Deep Water Dynamics
Deep-water aerobics offers you a program which improves overall aerobic fitness, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination and promotes the development of muscle strength. Take your workout to the next level with water, power and resistance! Deep-water exercise is at the top of the charts as far as burning calories! Flotation noodles are provided. Minimal swimming skills and water comfort are recommended (unless you prefer to do this workout in the more shallow end of the pool). This class is for all fitness levels. Aquatic strength training and abdominal work are included in all classes.
